I was able to put together a one-hour training seminar for our team on how to use H5P and then our staff was able to really quickly build courses on the site.

Within a month, we had 14 programs up on the Moodle™ platform in some version and that was really made possible by the simplicity of building courses in Moodle™ with H5P.

Sitting for long periods can have serious health consequences, especially if one's posture and workstation are poor.

WEEK #14 | FRI 2 OCTOBER 2020

How to Setup an Ergonomically Correct Workstation

Don't have the resources to create your own content? Bring it in!

Sometimes, it is more effective to seek help from content experts to create custom courses or provide you with pre-made courses. This session will explore how to integrate a variety of externally created content into your LMS and what resources are available to get your team the content they need to succeed.

We will also look into the untapped potential at the different levels of practice, and how a common language informed by data can connect diverse teams and sources, to provide a cohesive roadmap toward engagement, retention, compliance, revenue, and growth.

Bridging the Gap Between Higher Education and Future Employers

Phill is a long-time leader in EdTech, mostly because he went to school for way too long, and couldn't get away… Computer Science, MBA, Law School—it just wasn't enough. Since joining a startup called ANGEL Learning, Phill has spent nearly 20 years in EdTech and he's loved (almost) every minute of it. Time at Blackboard, Moodlerooms (now Open LMS), Oxygen Education, and stints on the boards of IMS Global and ClearScholar give him a unique perspective on the market. As a father of four kids, Phill has a vested interest in online learning. When he's not at his MacBook keyboard, he's probably trying to waterski (poorly) or reading a book about princesses or Paw Patrol with his kids.
