Prior to joining Open LMS, he held several L&D-focused contracts and positions, including Learning Systems Infrastructure Manager at KPMG Australia, and Lead Learning Designer and then Learning Product Manager at Open Universities Australia. With 20+ years of experience in corporate learning and consulting, James describes himself as “the person people come to when they need to fix things.” He holds a BA degree in Journalism from Deakin University, and studied Media, Radio Production, and Philosophy at Swinburne University of Technology. He also holds Certificate IV qualifications in Workplace Training and Assessment, and Project Management.
