Sam Scarpine is Senior Director of Implementations and Adoption at Open LMS, where he leads the Professional Services team, which includes onboarding, client training, managed services, and technical project delivery. He’s spent more than 10 years managing projects in the tech world, with the last five focused on educational technology. 

Before joining Open LMS, Sam worked at sibling company Watershed, starting out as an Implementation Project Manager and later moving into the role of Director of Operations. That experience gave him a solid foundation in both client delivery and operational strategy, which he now applies to helping organizations and institutions get the most out of their learning platforms. Sam, who’s based in Nashville, Tennessee, is passionate about building strong teams, streamlining processes, and making sure Open LMS clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.
