Bill Conran is the Head of Global Sales at Open LMS and has over 15 years of leadership experience in the eLearning industry. He’s passionate about utilizing learning analytics to improve the workforce. Bill specializes in making complex solutions easy to understand and demonstrating how software can create safe, productive, and profitable organizations. Bill has been with Open LMS’s parent company, Learning Technologies Group plc, since 2016 when he served as Head of Sales at Open LMS’s sibling company, Watershed. He holds a degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University and lives in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Shane Alexander Y. Laong, LPT, MLT
Mr. Laong is a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education at the UST College of Education, and Master of Learning and Teaching at the De La Salle University.
In August 2018, Mr. Laong became the Team Leader for ICT-based Training Management at the UST Educational Technology Center, where he is responsible for updating, creating, and monitoring of current and upcoming eLearning-related training programs of the University. He believes that successful technology integration in schools can be attained through appropriate training design and structured post-training support for teachers. At present, Mr. Laong is pursuing his Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology at De La Salle University in Manila.
